This beach is certainly one of the most beautiful in the whole of Sicily. Located right at the foot of the town, it consists of pebbles and gravel and connects with the small island opposite, where vegetation is lush. During low tide, the thin tongue of sand joins the mainland. Here, you will find equipped lidos with restaurants and bars, but also free stretches. Furthermore, if you are fond of diving and snorkelling, you can book your excursion directly on the beach. Isola Bella can be reached on foot by descending about one hundred steps, and is only five minutes away from the Taormina cable car, which efficiently connects the centre to the sea.
