Il Veritas Restaurant keeps the Neapolitan gastronomic tradition alive with elegance and delicacy. Chef Gianluca D’Agostino carefully selects raw materials according to seasonality, and then matches them to enhance their taste. Dishes on offer are mainly inspired by the sea, such as the calamari verace, seafood and the irresistible baccalĂ (salt cod), but there is also no shortage of meat dishes such as beef chops, black pork from Caserta and lamb.
