The structure of this restaurant is a typical and charming dammuso, that has been skilfully renovated. The cuisine offers the most famous dishes of Pantelleria’s tradition, alternating between classic and contemporary preparation methods. Most of the raw materials, such as fruit, vegetables and greens, come from the island’s producers while the fish is chosen daily. Try the Pantelleria salad and octopus salad, swordfish and courgette linguine, suvaki carrots and the irresistible passito sorbet. You can also have excellent pizza, prepared with stone-ground organic flours, including wholemeal, kamut and spelt.
