Built inside a real cave, this restaurant offers typically Sicilian cuisine, linked to the intense flavours of the territory. The menu includes dishes such as arancine (fried rice balls), homemade pasta with sardines, cuttlefish or vegetable ‘m’panati’ (breaded) and ‘scacce’ (a kind of flat, stuffed bread). And of course pizza, made with 100 per cent wheat flour, stuffed with fresh ingredients, such as extra virgin olive oil and Scicli’s ‘datterino’ tomatoes.
