Poseidon Thermal Gardens is a world-famous thermal park. It covers 60,000 square metres at the foot of the green promontory of Punta Imperatore, in the magical Bay of Citara. The park features 22 thermal pools with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 40°C.
Also available to guests are a private lido equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and parasols; sauna, underwater massages; Kneipp groups and Japanese circulatory path; restaurants. The thermal waters of the Poseidon Gardens are particularly indicated for the treatment of degenerative and post-traumatic orthopaedic affections, respiratory diseases, gynaecological disorders, dermatological pathologies, peripheral vascular diseases. Massage therapy, foot reflexology, shiatsu, watsu, ayurveda, yoga are practised at the Poseidon Spa Wellness Centre.
