Singola is a very peculiar restaurant, surrounded by greenery. Here, fresh, seasonal ingredients are always preferred, preferably zero-km, fair trade and organic. The pasta is handmade, with carefully chosen Sicilian grains, as for the bread and desserts. The restaurant is very cosy and intimate, great for couples. The menu and dishes of the day vary according to seasonal products; excellent for vegetarians and vegans.
