Through his creations, chef and owner Gegè Mangano tells of his love for the territory, enhancing its authentic aromas. Definitely not to be missed are the orecchiette with broad bean puree and pink pepper berries, the tender fillet of podolica cow with toasted almonds in Etruscan sauce, and finally the ‘Tiramisud’, a special tiramisu covered with a chocolate-glazed aubergine mignon.
