Ristorante le Trabe

The 1 Michelin-starred Le Trabe restaurant is set in an unspoilt oasis amidst streams of water and lush greenery. Its atmosphere is very romantic, thanks to its antique wooden furnishings and ceramic floors. Chef Peppe Stanzione’s cuisine is an ode to the territory, with dishes that are strongly linked to tradition but are always surprising, such as spaghetti alla chitarra with amberjack ragout and lemongrass, and ginger-scented pezzogna fillet with amberjack pâté. There are three tasting menus: land, sea and Le trabe; the latter consists of 7 courses chosen by the chef between tradition and innovation.
