Vittorino Lombardo’s Locanda Severino is located near Caggiano, a picturesque village in the Cilento region. The menu, featuring historical local dishes, is updated by the chef every two months according to the seasons. Specialities include lemon ravioli with crayfish, veal fillet tartar, and a brilliant new version of pasta al pomodoro: a fantastic pasta ice cream with tomato sauce and caramelised basil.
