Pizz’ ‘e maccarun

Pizza chef Francesca Gerbasio, winner of ‘Pizza Chef Emergente Sud 2014’ is the queen of this place! Together with her former employer, she decided to open an independent business in Sala Consilina. Her pizza is typically Neapolitan, with a light dough made from 5 Stagioni flour, given by a proper leavening. Raw materials of the highest quality, such as dairy products, fill the pizzas, such as the one with cacioricotta cheese, cruschi peppers and salt cod, and the pistachio pizza. Don’t miss the sweet pizza with Nutella and orange marmalade: a real delicacy!
