Concettina ai 3 Santi

 Antonio and Ciro Oliva, father and son, run Concettina ai 3 Santi, in the heart of the Sanità district. Two traditional pizzas, Margherita and Marinara, are enriched with sensational ingredients such as salami, anchovies and vegetables. Oliva’s ‘excellent pizzas’, on the other hand, are new additions, and the ‘Fondazione di San Gennaro’ pizza, with or without tomato, is a must-try. It is made with provolone cheese, old Naples tomatoes, basil, oil, crumbs of ‘nzogna e pepe’ taralli (a kind of taralli biscuits) and a crust filled with Salame di Napoli and provola cheese. Other delights are the fritturine, really light, and the montanare.
