Pastry shop Sal De Riso

In Minori, Pasticceria Sal De Riso is a little treasure trove of confectionery goodness. Here the ‘delizia al limone’ (lemon delight) reigns undisputed, but Salvatore De Riso is famous for the many awards he has received during his time as a pastry chef: ‘King Panettone’ in 2015, ‘King of Cakes’, ‘King of Expo Sapori’ and gold medal for artistic presentation in 1997. The specialities are profiteroles and babas with limoncello! Also not to be missed is the ‘Ricotta e pera’ (ricotta and pear cake), with ricotta from Tramonti, pears and Giffoni hazelnuts.
