The historic Pasticceria Gambardella, in Minori, is famous for its craftsmanship. Standing out, as tradition dictates, are the ‘delizie al limone’, always fresh, the ‘pasticciotti’, the ‘sfogliatelle’, ricce and frolle, and the chocolate aubergines. In addition, a delicious liqueur called ‘Concerto’, created by the nuns of the Pucara Conservatory, is produced here.
