Birdy’s Bakery is located in the elegant Chiaia district. Entering this place is like stepping into a little corner of New York. In fact, the house specialty is certainly the Red Velvet, a traditional American cake, here revisited the Italian way by lightening the butter and cheese frosting cream with a mixture of cheese, cream and yoghurt. Also worth mentioning are the berry cheesecake and the classic pancakes with maple syrup.
