The picturesque Square IX Aprile of Taormina. Here, you can sit comfortably in one of the open-air bars and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Ancient Theatre, Mount Etna and the Bay of Naxos. The Clock Tower and the double staircase of the Church of San Giuseppe are beautiful. On the right-hand side of the square is Casa Floresta, which still retains architectural details from the 15th and 16th centuries. The square also houses the Town Hall, dating back to the 1600s.
