Wines produced on the Amalfi Coast!
The history of wine culture on the Amalfi Coast began in ancient times, probably even before the birth of the Roman Empire. Grapes are grown on pergolas supported by chestnut poles, on terraces overlooking the sea.
Since 1995, the Costa d’Amalfi DOC appellation has been one of the most important in Campania and refers to the vines Biancolella, Falanghina, Piedirosso, Pepella, Aglianico and Sciascinoso. The farms and wine cellars below are the best of the entire area, and have contributed to the international success of wine from the Costiera!
