Eating in the Aeolian Islands

Taste the flavours of the archipelago

The Aeolian Islands are a triumph of taste. The genuine flavours of the ingredients, from both land and sea, hark back to ancient traditions: the fishermen arriving to the harbour with their paranza of fish, the farmers cutivating pistachios, capers and cherry tomatoes under the scorching sun, and taking care of vines from which excellent wines are produced, such as Malvasia from Salina.

Typical products not to be missed are swordfish and smoked tuna, the various pestos, almond paste and the typical Aeolian salad cu ‘u pane caliatu. In these restaurants, you will enjoy food and wine experiences that you will hardly forget!
