Procidan gastronomy is characterised by simple, authentic flavours. Products from the land perfectly combine with those from the sea, resulting in unique and very tasty dishes, such as linguine with swordfish and aubergines. Seasoned with mint, chilli pepper, garlic and oil, the lemon salad, is one of the most popular delicacies and is often served with fresh fish specialities.

Lemons are also used to make ‘lingue‘, a typical pastry filled with custard and decorated with a crunchy sugar coating, sorbets and digestives!
