Imperatore Travel World S.r.l., Italian Tour Operator with over 30 years of experience, leader in incoming services and specialised in promoting the best of our country’s hospitality both in Italy and abroad, is looking for new talent for its “Product Acquisition, FIT Online and Channel Manager” division.
The resources, to be placed in the regions of central and northern Italy, will be responsible for developing and expanding the inventory of hotel facilities in their assigned area, as well as taking care of the commercial relationship with accommodation facilities, in line with the company’s business development strategies and agreed objectives.
The professionals we are looking for would be responsible for:
- Identifying and contacting new hotels in the assigned area.
- Managing the contracting process with new suppliers and contract renewals with existing partners.
- Constantly analysing the production of their contracts, determining and stimulating possible areas of optimisation, aiming to manage a portfolio of at least 200 hotel contracts in the medium term.
The ideal candidate:
– is dynamic, talented, has negotiation skills and is familiar with the bargaining logic;
– has several years of experience in the hotel and/or tourism sector;
– possesses analytical and strategic approach skills;
– is fluent in English;
– is willing to work by spending time in the territory;
