Check-in
For passengers with vehicles, the check-in time is 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the ferry, and for passengers without vehicles it is 1 hour.
Passengers who do not check in within the above-mentioned check-in time or do not board the ferry scheduled and indicated on the boarding pass are not entitled to a refund, not even a partial refund.
Ticket Changes
In the event of ticket changes, a fixed fee of €25 per route shall be paid, plus fare adjustment where applicable.
