Booking
Log in to our portal www.imperatore.it. On the home page, in the top right-hand corner, click on login. By entering your credentials, you will be able to access the reserved area. Should you have any login problems, please send an email to ufficioweb@imperatore.it. Include “login credentials request” in the subject line. We will send you your new data as soon as possible.
Before the payment, you will be asked whether you actually want to confirm the booking or save it as a quote.
You can send an email with your request to ufficioweb@imperatore.it . Please, remember to specify your practice number.
You will receive your travel documents to the e-mail address you provided within a few minutes after confirmation. Airline and transport tickets may be sent at a later date.
The documents relating to your quote or booking confirmation are stored in your reserved area, from which you can download the pdf documents or send them to the email address you provided during registration.
We suggest you do not. The quote also contains details of the commission agreed with the agencies, with the gross figure highlighted. Alternatively, you can make another quote without logging in, so that you will only receive the sales price, or you can edit the quote, obscuring sensitive data through an online application (e.g. www.Ilovepdf.com).

In your resereved area, you can click on the ban icon. This will allow you to cancel the booking according to previous agreements, if possible. Any penalties will be applied and displayed automatically.
Current EU legislation protects the consumer with this particular contract of sale. It must be filled in with the customer’s data and the data of the agency referring to the ITW tour operator. The filled form must be sent to commerciale@imperatore.it or in response to the email from which the file was sent.

If the product is not listed on the website, it can be requested only via booking. Contact our call centre on 081-3339400 or send an e-mail to preventivi@imperatore.it for further information.

Payment
On the website, you can only pay by credit card.
On the “Payment” summary page, you will see your booking details and the name of your hotel in the sidebar on the right. “Total price” indicates the gross price that the final customer will have to pay. “Commission” refers to the commission in euro for Imperatore Travel World. On the main screen, in the “available payment methods” window, the net figure (i.e. the booking cost without commission) is shown.
Before the deadline, you will receive a reminder email in your inbox. In your reserved area, you will find all pending payments.
Sorry, but we do not currently accept holiday bonuses.
Tours
In order to guarantee a safe and high-quality travel experience, Imperatore Travel World requires all travellers choosing ITW Exclusive Tours to be vaccinated (including only the first dose administered at least 15 days before departure, as per DECREE-LAW 18 May 2021, no. 65 art. 14). Alternatively, we accept a negative anti-covid test (antigenic/molecular) certificate, issued 48 hours prior to departure, or a certification of recovery from Covid.
Only one room is associated with each booking. In order to book several rooms, two different bookings must be made.
