Cuisine is based on genuine and fresh products of the rural tradition, such as tasty vegetables from the garden surrounding the facility. You can taste organic extra-virgin olive oil, local cheese and cold cuts, wood-fired bread and sweet tomatoes, as well as locally produced wines! Cellars are open to the public.
