Marpessa Bistrot’s cuisine is simple but carefully prepared, anchored in traditional Sicilian recipes. From fresh fish to vegetables, to the queen of the menu: Sicilian caponata, an explosion of taste and colour! We recommend trying spaghettone with courgettes, burrata, swordfish and pine nuts, and Genovesine with piccadilly tomatoes, prawns and Acola almonds. For the granitas, you can choose from no less than six varieties!
