Minardi Winery, located in the Karuscia district just a few hundred metres from the sea, is one of the oldest wineries on the island. The company is one of the very few that carries out the entire production chain on the island. From the harvesting of the grapes to the bottling of its wines, vinification takes place on the island of Pantelleria, thus guaranteeing the typicality and origin of its wines.
From the beginning of June, on Tuesdays and Fridays at the Cantina it will be possible to participate in dinners and tastings, while on Sundays there will be wine tastings paired with island products, prepared by chef Peter Lambert.
Every Wednesday, on the other hand, wine tastings will be accompanied by cous-cous offered by the Favarotta restaurant.
