Torrione Civic Museum

Museo Civico del Torrione is located in the heart of the historical centre of Forio. It is one of the most important cultural sites on the island of Ischia. The famous tower overlooking the port of the Saracen municipality has a lower and an upper room. The upper room houses the unmistakable sculptures of artist Giovanni Maltese, while the lower room is reserved for exhibitions by local and other artists, and events organised by Associazione Radice, which also runs the museum.
