Il Borgo is considered one of the best pizzerias in the whole of Cilento. The pizzaiolo Antonio Ricciardi, who adds a pinch of turmeric to his light dough, gives his best especially in two pizzas: ‘Così Com’è’, with a skilful mix of yellow red tomatoes, and ‘Acciaroli’, made with anchovies from Pisciotta and other Slow Food products.
