The church is located in the upper part of the historical centre of Modica, and its cross represents the highest point of the entire town. In the worship place, right in front of the altar, the remains of Santa Temperanza. are preserved in a special coffer. From here, it is possible to reach the Belvedere and enjoy a breathtaking view.
